Terms & Conditions
All correspondence regarding course bookings will be sent to the named person on the course booking form. Course bookings are only secured once the booking form has been completed, signed and returned to Abacus Training Centre, and payment has been made in full.
The total number of participants must not exceed that agreed at time of booking.
The client will provide a full list of participants names in advance of the course. Substitute participants will be accepted as long as Abacus Administration team are notified in writing 7 days prior to the course commencing.
Abacus Training Centre reserve the right to cancel a course if minimum attendee numbers are not met.
To successfully complete the course, delegates must attend all scheduled sessions and complete any required coursework to standard. Certificates for qualifying participants will only be released once course conditions have been met and any outstanding payments has been received by Abacus Training Centre.
Abacus Training Centre can use course feedback and company details for marketing purposes. (If you do not wish this to happen, please let us know).
Abacus Training Centre reserves the right to cancel and/or amend course dates, times, venue and contents. Cancellation or amendments will be notified in writing. In all cases, we will do our utmost to arrange suitable alternatives. Abacus Training Centre reserves the right to change course trainers without prior notice. Cancellation by clients will incur no cost, if received in writing more than 4 weeks prior to the start date of the course:
- Less than 4 weeks: we reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to 25% of invoice.
- Less than 2 weeks: we reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to 50% of invoice.
- Less than 1 week: we reserve the right to charge the full invoice cost.
Abacus Training Centre shall in no event be under any liability for any loss or damage whether direct, consequential or otherwise arising from any cancellation, delay or change of course booking.
Abacus Training Centre does not accept responsibility for the views and opinions expressed by individual trainers.
These terms and conditions are fixed and final.
